Profile
I have spent 20 years in construction, oil and gas, since my first site in 2006 as resident engineer on PDVSA Gas well pads. My craft is the whole contract: the bid and the risk analysis, execution, progress valuations and close-out. The largest contract I have administered was worth 70 million US dollars.
I have led projects and teams as a woman in an industry where men almost always call the shots, and I have delivered work onshore, in plants and offshore, across the entire country, through the most difficult years Venezuela has lived.
Wherever I arrive, I bring order: management controls, traceable data and multidisciplinary teams pulling in the same direction. I protect the margin through rigorous control of scope, valuation and invoicing, and I support every claim with documents.
Contract administration
Technical and commercial bids, contracting, valuations in bolívares and foreign currency, scope increases and decreases, price adjustments, invoicing and receivables.
Project close-out
Administrative close-out, final settlements and release of bonds, until the contract is completed with no open accounts.
Claims and economic rebalancing
Scope changes, price adjustments and dispute resolution with the client, supported by traceable documentation.
Quality and systems
Implementation and auditing of ISO 9001:2015, and management of Odoo implementation projects.

El Guamache tanker platform
Structural rehabilitation of the marine terminal at the El Guamache distribution plant: breasting dolphins, new piles, fenders and steel structures, with heavy equipment carried on self-propelled vessels.
Roads and well pads in the AMO area
Rehabilitation of operational roads, well pads, stations and compressor plants in Zapato and Mata R, with earthworks, asphalt paving, culverts and concrete headwalls.
Guaraguao terminal piers
Preventive and corrective maintenance of piers 2, 3, 4 and 5 and of the beacon system at the storage and loading terminal.
COPEM kitchen and dining hall
Expansion and remodeling at the Petromonagas operations center: architectural design, plumbing, electrical, gas, air conditioning, voice and data installations, through to commissioning.
CO₂ transfer system, Pequiven
Detailed engineering of the CO₂ transfer system for the new nitrogen fertilizer plant.
Super Octanos plant turnaround
Mechanical maintenance and equipment replacement with the plant shut down and the clock running.
Odoo at Santa Natura
Multi-company database covering operations, production and sales, in two phases: go-live in Bolivia and Ecuador, then sales and production adapted to Peru.
